Republic Leather Company Return and Refund Policy

Defective products
If you receive a defective product, contact us within 14 days of purchase to discuss replacement or refund options. Please include your order number and photographs that show the issue.

Before sending a return
Contact us before sending any product. We will confirm eligibility and provide the correct return instructions and mailing address. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time before the credit appears.

Natural leather variation
Marks, grain, patina and color variation are authentic characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered defects.

Warranty
Republic Leather Company continues to support RL Handcrafts products. Our limited lifetime workmanship warranty covers defects in workmanship. General wear, accidental damage and use outside the product's intended purpose are not covered.

Repairs
Existing harnesses may qualify for workshop repair. Contact us before sending the product so we can confirm the process.
